What you'll do:
- Assist in providing quotes and estimates to customers
- Install, maintain, and inspect video electronics, cameras, computers, and access control equipment
- Actively manage all electronic security projects
- Install, maintain, configure, and service video security and monitoring systems, security cameras, cabling, and access control/ entry systems
- Assemble video, camera, and access control systems from instructions and directions, make modifications and improvements as needed
- Perform routine maintenance, modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Execute all services in accordance with Federal, State, and local guidelines, regulations, and laws
- Coordinate with project team for ordering
- Provide customers with top notch service and updates on project status
- Maintain positive customer relationships through follow ups
- Perform professional installations and project completion
- Perform other duties as required
